How do I get my audio and video to you?We send you a link. Simply upload pictures from your phone or computer.
You can also upload your 1 - 30 minute audio, or use your phone to record it.
We accept nearly every format out there.
How do I get started?Click the Get Started button (Russ made us put it everywhere). Give us a little bit of background info and provide payment. Our team will get to work, transcribing, editing, and assembling your video memory.
When will I receive my video?Once we receive your payment and media, we will deliver in about 48 hours. Our neighbor is a lawyer, and she advised us to say that. It will likely be sooner. She’s a nice person, and she’s just trying to protect us.
What if I don't like my video?We will send at least 2 videos (depends on the audio, on how much material we have to work with). We know you will love one of the versions. If we totally missed the mark, we’ll refund your money. Does this mean folks could take advantage of us? Maybe, but we find people generally want to do the right thing.
What media formats do you accept? Just about all of them.
For pictures: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .heic, .webp
For audio: .m4a, .mp3, .wav, .aac
If you have a different format, let us know. We can probably convert it.
What if I paid, but never upload my story and pictures? We will send you a couple reminders over 2 weeks. If, after the second reminder, we haven’t heard from you, we will refund your money. We all get busy, and we really encourage you not to let perfect prevent you from doing something great. Don’t worry about a rambling audio. Our team will pull out a great story.
